Long Term Unemployment Outlook

This is related to the earlier post on unemployment.  Even though the unemployment rate went down, the number of people unemployed for 6 months or more isn’t changing much.

The many, the doomed, the Long-Term Unemployed

Economists believe that globalization and the movement of U.S. manufacturing jobs overseas is a good thing.  The long-term unemployed (having less education and skills) might disagree.
